Trust me, three of our team members went to our existing customer who was not trading for various reasons with us for long time. It was really simple.We focused on the customer's objective and needs, aligned solutions that met his needs and presented it to the customer. Not only did the customer accept the value added solution which was linked to his needs, he invited us for a cup of coffee, then called me up today and signed on the contract for new business this year.
